Lula Births
Welcome. We are so glad to have you here.
At Lula, our deep hope is for you to feel cared for, respected, safe and informed as you journey through birth. It is our work to help nurture those key elements and to hold space for your positive and profoundly empowering birthing experience.
Our birth doula services include continuous support throughout your active labor, birth and immediate postpartum period (unlike medical providers who typically must attend multiple patients simultaneously), our toolbox of the most lovely comfort and relaxation measures, partner support, birth education and preparation resources, phone and text support, birth planning tools, information, support for positive, clear communication with your medical providers and more.
“Any couple would be incredibly fortunate to have Lucia there to guide, educate, and support them throughout pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.”
—Ellie Lindenmayer, MA, CD(DONA), HBCE, CLC Founder, Joyful Birthing
“Radiating warmth and compassion, Lucia is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the birthing community as a birth doula. I first met Lucia when she was pregnant with her daughter and had the honor of being her birth doula. Lucia’s journey to become a mother sparked a passion for educating and empowering others to take ownership of their birth experience. Soon after the birth of her daughter, she began to pursue education and training in birth work so that she can support others in their journey to have what she had herself: an empowering, uplifting, and ultimately positive birth experience. Lucia is a woman of conviction, passion, and heart- she cares deeply about others and will bring her full self to every couple who has the honor of her support. Any couple would be incredibly fortunate to have Lucia there to guide, educate, and support them throughout pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.”

“So every day
I was surrounded by the beautiful crying forth
of the ideas of God,
one of which was you.”
